• Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Products purchased during sale or with coupon codes are not eligible for return due to change of mind. However, they remain eligible for replacement in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
If you receive:
• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, share:
• Your order number
• Clear photos
• An unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements are offered for:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defects
Subject to verification.
Refunds are issued only when:
• A replacement cannot be arranged
• The product is unavailable
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
